Online Purchase Return Policy

I changed my mind.

Not what you expected? No problem.

Request a refund from the Contact page within thirty (30) days and we will provide the shipping address via email. Place the print in the original packaging and send it back to the address we provide. Be sure to use a delivery method with a tracking number. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the return.

Here is the fine print:

  • We will refund your purchase if returned within thirty (30) days of delivery

  • Return requests must be submitted from the Contact page

  • The delivery date is based on the date recorded by the organization that made the delivery (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.)

  • Return requests made outside of the thirty (30) day window will not be honored

  • All returns must be shipped in the original packaging

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return

  • Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment after the product has arrived at our location

My online purchase was damaged in shipping. Now what?

It happens sometimes.

Request a replacement from the Contact page within seven (7) days and we will provide the shipping address via email. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, and damaged product so that you can provide them to the customer service representative.

Place the print in the original packaging and send it back to the address we provide. Be sure to use a delivery method with a tracking number. Once we receive the product, we will send you a new one. Shipping for the replacement is free.

In Person Purchases at Exhibitions, Shows or Other Events

  • The Online Purchase Return Policy does not apply to purchases made in person

  • In person purchases are on an 'AS IS' basis

  • In person purchases are final and cannot be returned
